Withdrawal Policy

At Sri Ramakrishna Matriculation Higher Secondary School, we value the trust placed in us by parents and guardians. While we strive to provide the best learning environment for every child, we understand that transfers or withdrawals may be required under certain circumstances. The following withdrawal policy outlines the procedures and requirements to ensure a smooth and transparent process.

πŸ“Œ Withdrawal Guidelines
    πŸ“„ Written Notice Requirement
  • A minimum of three months' written notice must be submitted to the school office if a student is to be withdrawn.
  • In lieu of the notice period, parents must pay three months’ tuition fees.
    πŸ“„ Transfer Certificate (TC) Request
  • Transfer Certificates will be issued only upon receiving:
    • A written application from the parent/guardian.
    • No-dues clearance from the library, laboratories, and accounts office.
    • Settlement of all pending fees.
  • πŸ“† Mid-Year Withdrawals
  • For withdrawals during the academic year, the entire term fees already paid will not be refunded.
  • Pro-rata calculation of fees is not applicable.
  • 🚫 Non-Attendance without Intimation
  • If a student is absent for more than 15 working days without written intimation or approval, the seat may be considered vacant and allotted to another applicant.
  • 🌍 Transfer Due to Parent Relocation
  • In case of relocation for job or medical reasons, valid supporting documents must be submitted for expedited processing.
  • ⚠️ Withdrawal by School Authorities
  • The school reserves the right to initiate withdrawal in the following cases:
    • Repeated violation of school rules or serious disciplinary issues.
    • Non-payment of fees despite reminders.
    • Continuous poor attendance and academic negligence.
πŸ“ Important Notes
  • No Transfer Certificate will be issued during vacation unless the request is made at least two weeks in advance.
  • Original documents submitted at the time of admission will be returned only after the withdrawal process is complete.
  • Security deposit (if applicable) will be refunded only after deduction of pending dues, if any.

We encourage all parents to communicate openly with the school management for any withdrawal-related concerns. Our administrative office is always ready to assist in ensuring a smooth and respectful transition.
